7 Day Guarantee
We guarantee to have your documents ready for you within 7 business days or we will charge you only $95.00. Please refer to your contract. Certain stipulations may apply. Client must provide DocPREP USA with required supporting documents within 3 days in order for DocPREP USA to maintain its 7 day guarantee.
Cancel at Anytime
There is a non-refundable setup fee of $95.00 for our services. This fee will be applied to the fee schedule above as a credit towards our services. You only pay us the rest when the documents are completed and ready for us to submit to your lender, investor, and/or servicer.
You can choose at anytime to cancel our services. Even if we have completed your modification application for consideration for a loan modification, you can cancel. We will not release any documentation that we have prepared for you if you choose to exercise your right to cancel. You will forfeit your initial setup fee of $95.00.
