Your DocPREP USA Specialists will gather the initial mortgage and financial information from you necessary to prepare your loan modification package.
Your DocPREP USA Specialist will send you the intro package and our loan modification preparation checklist along with specific lender required supporting documents.
Once you receive our intro package, you will need to fill out our short application form and gather copies of all your financial and mortgage related documentation as instructed. You will then return this information to us in the packaging supplied.
Once DocPREP USA receives this package from you, our document care department will fill out all lender specific required forms and applications. They will correctly prepare all required financial worksheets and verify that your hardship letter is supported by the documents you provide. You will then be contacted within 3 days of receipt by the document care department if any missing or other documentation needs to be remitted to us.
Assuming you’ve provided all necessary documentation, DocPREP USA will send the completed package to the lender after we have recieved your remaining balance for our service. Within 7 business days of subscribing to our services, you will receive a call from your DocPREP USA Specialist to arrange for delivery of your completed loan modification application package along with all ancillary documentation and instructions on how to proceed.
DocPREP USA will prepare the required documents needed to submit to your lender, investor, and or servicer. This will be a complete package that will enable you to negotiate with your lender, investor, and or servicer on your own. The package will include the following:
- Lender Contact Information Sheet
- Fax Confirmation Sheet
- Loan Modification Proposal
- Financial Worksheet
- Lender Specific Financial Statement
- Letter of Hardship
- Fannie Mae 1021 HAM Hardship Affidavit (If Applicable)
- Freddie Mac 1126 Financial Statement (If Applicable)
- Request for Transcript of Tax Return 4506-T
